Job summary

Maersk in Atlanta, GA is seeking a CHB Operations Associate to manage end-to-end customs brokerage for a dedicated portfolio. You will coordinate with customers, carriers, and government agencies to ensure on-time, compliant shipments and accurate documentation.

You will handle daily entries, PGA filings, SOP updates, and billing while maintaining KPI alignment and high data accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of customs brokerage or related industry experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of daily customs brokerage operations for assigned customers.
• Prepare and process U.S. Customs entries and PGA filings with regulatory compliance.
• Open and manage entry files aligned with KPIs and service standards.
• Coordinate clearance with freight forwarders, carriers, and government agencies.
• Track inbound shipments from port/airport to final delivery.
• Upload required documentation to operating systems and complete billing.
