Job summary

Maersk Customs Services is seeking a CHB Operations Associate to coordinate and execute shipments, ensuring daily service levels for client accounts. You will expedite shipments from start to finish while building familiarity with import programs and product specifics, coordinating file processing with team members and other groups.

The role requires 1 year of CHB experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum CHB experience.
• 6–12 months in the customs industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Team player with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own all CHB operations services for assigned customers.
• Provide customer service and respond to information requests.
• Process customs entries and PGA for clearance.
• Open entry files and process entries per KPI.
• Coordinate shipment clearance with forwarders and lines.
• Complete billing and required reports.
• Track inbound shipments and coordinate delivery.
• Maintain customer SOPs and updates as needed.
