Job summary

Calumet is seeking an International Customer Service Account Representative to serve global customers and collaborate with Sales, Pricing, Plant Personnel, Export Operations, and Global Trade teams. You will manage inquiries, process orders, and coordinate freight and documentation to ensure on-time delivery.

You will work closely with 3PL partners, review orders for accuracy, and maintain robust records. A strong foundation in ERP systems and SAP is preferred, with 3+ years of customer support

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of related customer support experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to international customers and work with Sales, Pricing, Plant Personnel, Export Operations, and Global Trade departments.
• Coordinate Letters of Credit and Proforma Invoices.
• Arrange ocean and air freight via 3PL and manage bookings and documentation.
• Coordinate loading appointments and ensure shipping documents reach customers.
• Assist with customer inquiries on products, loading requirements, or freight quotes.
• Review orders for accuracy and communicate confirmations to customers, freight forwarders, carriers, and plants.
• Maintain records and provide administrative support to the department.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues for corrective action.
• Represent Calumet professionally and build strong customer partnerships.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
