You will drive improvements in global trade processes, generate KPIs, and manage audits while coordinating with 3PL and ensuring accurate AES filings and import transactions. Strong MS Office and SAP skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years' experience working in International Logistics or Forwarding industry.
• Working knowledge of International Trade, Customs Compliance, Incoterms
• Proficient computer skills with demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office

Aufgaben

• Lead improvements to Global Trade processes and system upgrades.
• Generate KPIs to monitor international activities and Denied Parties.
• Plan and execute internal audits and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage projects from conception to launch, including risks and schedule.
• Investigate and resolve issues, including pre-shipment concerns.
• Maintain dashboards to guide performance reviews and enhancement opportunities.
• Ensure documentation, AES filings, and import transactions are accurate.
