Job summary

Calumet Specialty Products Partners L.P. is seeking an International Customer Service Account Representative to provide service to global customers.

The role collaborates with Sales, Pricing, Plant Personnel, Export Operations, and Global Trade and Compliance to support international accounts and logistics. The position involves coordinating letters of credit, proforma invoices, and freight arrangements, while ensuring accurate order processing and responsive customer support.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of related customer support experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely and accurate order fulfillment from purchase order entry to receipt.
• Coordinate Letter of Credit and Proforma Invoices.
• Work with Calumet's 3PL to arrange ocean and air freight to meet customer's delivery needs, request bookings, and upload all pertinent documentation.
• Coordinate loading appointments for carriers at Calumet plants.
• Assist with customer inquiries on products, loading requirements, or freight quotes.
• Review orders for accuracy and release confirmations to the customer, freight forwarder or carrier, and plant personnel.
• Assist with Domestic accounts as assigned
• Maintain document records and provide administrative assistance to the department as needed
• Investigate and resolve customer issues for corrective and preventive action
• Represent Calumet in a professional manner and create strong partnerships with customers through exemplary customer support
• Additional duties as assigned
