Job summary

Calumet in Indianapolis seeks a Global Trade Operations and Compliance Specialist to maintain international trade standards and enforce internal controls. You will collaborate with GTOC staff and leadership to ensure policies are followed and audits are executed.

The role requires 5+ years in international logistics, knowledge of Incoterms, and strong MS Office skills; experience with SAP/TM is a plus. You will develop KPI dashboards, support 3PL partners, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in International Logistics or Forwarding.
• Working knowledge of International Trade, Customs Compliance, Incoterms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Spearhead improvements to Global Trade processes and upgrades.
• Generate regular KPIs related to international activities and Denied Parties.
• Plan and execute internal audits and implement improvements.
• Manage projects from conception to launch with schedules and risks.
• Investigate and resolve shipment-related issues.
• Maintain dashboards to guide performance review and improvements.
• Ensure AES filings and import transactions are accurate with 3PL teams.
