Job summary

Calumet is seeking a Customer Service Account Representative to handle order entry and management, ensuring accurate processing and timely fulfillment. The role interfaces with Sales, Plant, Accounting, Credit, Pricing, and Transportation teams to optimize customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in customer support or order entry, familiarity with SAP or ERP systems, and strong MS Office skills. Hybrid schedule requires 4 days in office weekly, with Wednesdays mandatory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of related customer support and/or order entry experience
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders from customers and monitor order delivery
• Follow-up with customers to confirm purchase orders and questions
• Monitor open orders and communicate updates to internal partners and customers
• Provide professional customer support and represent Calumet with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
