U.S. Bank seeks a Global Head of Custody Operations to lead front-to-back operational integrity across its custody and asset servicing platform.

You will guide a global team through real-time processing, automation, and AI-enabled workflows while maintaining risk controls and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include strategy, global network management, client experience, and leadership of a distributed workforce.

Formación

• 15+ years of financial services experience with at least 10 years in leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in securities processing, settlement, and custody functions.
• Strong knowledge of OCC, DTC/DTCC, CSDR, and global market practices.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute an operational strategy for custody operations aligning with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Lead transition from batch processing to real-time exception management and automate core workflows.
• Oversee risk controls, regulatory reporting, and client experience with strong governance of sub-custodian relationships.
• Monitor KPIs/SLAs for settlement accuracy, on-time processing, and STP improvements; drive continuous improvement.
