Qualifications

• 15+ years in financial services leadership, preferably in custody/asset servicing.
• Deep expertise in securities processing, settlement, corporate actions, and risk management.
• Strong knowledge of OCC, DTC/DTCC, CSDR and global market practices.
• Proven track record delivering automation, AI, and real-time operating models.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute operational strategy for custody operations.
• Lead transition from batch to real-time exception management with aggressive timelines.
• Oversee sub-custodian network, vendor governance, and client experience.
• Maintain regulatory compliance, risk controls, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Drive KPIs, SLAs, and cost discipline while scaling for growth.
