You will partner with the Head of Custody for Asset Managers and the Product Office to define investment priorities, capabilities, and go-to-market actions. Qualifications

• Management/supervisory experience.
• 10+ years of banking or relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, economics or related field.
• MBA or equivalent advanced credential.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Global Custody strategy aligned with priorities.
• Partner with Product Office on roadmap, capabilities, and investments.
• Own custody commercial model with Finance and pricing frameworks.
• Develop client-facing collateral and competitive positioning.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities across custody-adjacent businesses.
