U.S. Bank is seeking a Strategic Services Operations Manager to lead a global custody platform, serving as a strategic bridge between business partners, clients, and operations.

You will translate complex needs into actionable initiatives and drive measurable outcomes with executive leadership and cross-functional teams. You will influence strategy, support client retention and growth, and lead governance forums while preparing for regulatory, market, and operational changes in a high-visibility

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Finance, Economics, Operations Management).
• 10+ years of experience in Global Custody, Asset Servicing, Corporate Trust, Institutional Banking, or related functions.
• Proven ability to influence operating models, product strategies, and client service frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, clients, relationship managers and product partners.
• Lead executive engagement routines, governance forums, strategic reporting and SLA oversight.
• Coordinate identification, escalation, tracking and resolution of complex custody-related issues.
• Translate client feedback and market developments into strategic initiatives and product enhancements.
• Provide custody market expertise through client presentations, reviews, industry analysis and consultations.
• Partner with business development and relationship teams to support client retention and growth.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives involving Operations, Product, Technology, Risk, Finance, Legal and Compliance.
