Qualifications

• 15+ years of financial services experience, with leadership in custody or related operations.
• Deep knowledge of securities processing, settlements, corporate actions and custody controls.
• Strong regulatory knowledge (OCC, DTC/DTCC, CSDR) and risk management.
• Experience leading automation and transformation programs.
• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for custody operations aligned with client commitments.
• Lead real-time exception management and automation to meet tight settlement timelines.
• Oversee sub-custodian network, vendor governance, and third-party relationships.
• Ensure compliance, resilience, and robust regulatory reporting.
• Monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and manage budgets.
