Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Global Custody Strategy Manager in New Jersey to own the strategy, pricing, and growth roadmap for custody services.

The role partners with the Product Office and senior leaders across Operations, Technology, and Risk to drive modernization and scalable growth. The position requires 10+ years in banking or related experience, strong financial acumen, and the ability to translate market trends into action plans.

Qualifications

Requires management/supervisory experience.
10+ years of banking or other relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, business, accounting, economics, or related field.
MBA or equivalent advanced credential preferred.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the Global Custody strategy and roadmap.
Own custody commercial model including revenue growth and pricing.
Develop competitive intelligence and client-facing collateral.
Identify cross-sell opportunities across custody-adjacent businesses.
Partner with Technology, Operations, Risk, and Finance to modernize capabilities.
Translate client needs and market trends into prioritized product investments.
