Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Global Custody Strategy Manager to own the strategy, commercial roadmap, pricing discipline, margin management, and growth priorities for the custody business.

You will work with the Head of Custody for Asset Managers and the Product Office to translate client needs and market trends into a prioritized roadmap and investment cases. The role requires deep custody experience, strong financial acumen, and the ability to lead across Operations, Technology, Risk, Finance and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of banking, custody, or related experience.
• Experience in custody, asset servicing or strategy.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to analyze revenue and margins.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, economics, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent advanced credential.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Global Custody strategy and roadmap.
• Own custody revenue, margin analysis, pricing effectiveness and profitability.
• Develop client-facing collateral and strategic positioning.
• Partner with Technology, Operations, Risk and Finance to modernize custody capabilities.
• Lead governance, KPIs, and operating model discussions.
