Qualifications

15+ years of financial services experience, including leadership in large-scale custody/asset servicing operations.
Proven track record in transformational programs, automation, and risk management.
Strong knowledge of OCC, DTC/DTCC, CSDR and global market practices.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the operational strategy for custody operations.
Lead the shift from batch processing to real-time exception management with T+1 timelines where applicable.
Drive digital transformation using RPA, workflow automation, cloud, and AI-enabled data insights to improve STP rates.
Oversee settlements, corporate actions, income processing, and reconciliation across global markets.
Own regulatory reporting, risk controls, and client experience with strong governance.
