Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a dynamic Chief Revenue Officer to lead the global Process Transformation sales organization and join the AI Labs Leadership Team. This executive will own the growth strategy, commercial execution, and scalable go-to-market motions for a transformative business area across AMER and EMEA.

The CRO will partner with executives to drive revenue growth, customer expansion, and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience with AI transformation, process mining and optimization, or agentic SaaS.
• Proven ability to lead complex business transformation at scale and build high-performing teams.
• Strong general management and operational leadership with a metrics-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue strategy for Process Transformation with durable, predictable growth.
• Shape and execute go-to-market strategy with industry plays and partnerships.
• Lead evolution of sales motions to leverage AI, data, and automation for process transformation.
• Advise senior leadership and align stakeholders across multiple functions to maximize revenue.
