Job summary

Invisible Dynamics is seeking a Creative Resource Manager to serve as the operational backbone of the creative department. You will ensure the right people are on the right work across LA, New York, and London, balancing workloads and maintaining visibility of capacity.

You will partner with Creative Leadership and Client Services to build processes, tools, and a resourcing rhythm that scales with the business, without tracking time or billing hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in creative agencies, production environments, or complex creative orgs.
• Ability to design and implement clear processes for resourcing.
• Strong listening, relationship-building and capacity planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Forecast resource needs with visibility across offices.
• Maintain a live capability map for the creative department.
• Coordinate freelance or external talent when gaps exist.
• Flag capacity gaps to inform hiring and pacing of work.
• Manage real-time capacity and workload across LA, NYC, and London.
• Develop and refine resourcing processes and tools across the team.
