Job summary

Bully Pulpit International (BPI Group) is seeking a Creative Resource Manager to support the day-to-day resourcing of the Creative department across offices in Chicago, DC, NYC, SF, LA. You will manage allocations, capacity, availability, and freelance needs, reporting to the Senior Director of Creative Operations.

The role requires 2-4 years in resource management within an agency or fast-paced creative environment; you will collaborate across Accounts, Strategy, Production, and project leads.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in resource management, creative operations, project management, or a similar role within an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to keep multiple staffing needs moving.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the day-to-day creative resource tracker, ensuring allocations and upcoming needs are accurate.
• Partner with Creative Operations and leadership to support staffing across projects.
• Work with Account, Strategy, Production, and project leads to understand upcoming work and staffing needs.
• Monitor capacity and utilization, flag conflicts or gaps early.
• Lead weekly resource and staffing meetings and follow up on changes.
• Coordinate freelance resource needs and onboarding/extensions.
• Understand the creative team’s skills and availability to make staffing recommendations.
• Keep teams informed of staffing changes and show clear visibility of who works on what.
• Forecast upcoming resource needs by reviewing pipeline and capacity.
