Job summary

Bully Pulpit International is seeking a Creative Resource Manager to support the day-to-day staffing of the Creative department, ensuring the right talent is on the right work at the right time. Reporting to the Senior Director of Creative Operations, this role helps manage creative allocations, capacity, availability, and freelance needs across the department.

You’ll partner with Creative leadership, Creative Operations, and teams across client services and Production to understand upcoming

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in resource management or a related field.
• Experience in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple staffing needs and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the day-to-day creative resource tracker, ensuring allocations, availability, and upcoming needs are accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate staffing across projects and match the right people and skill sets to briefs.
• Work with Account, Strategy, Production, and project leads to understand upcoming work and staffing requirements.
• Monitor capacity and utilization, flag potential conflicts or gaps early.
• Lead weekly resource and staffing meetings and follow up on changes.
• Coordinate freelance resource needs and onboarding extensions.
• Develop understanding of the creative team’s skills, availability, and development goals for staffing recommendations.
• Provide visibility into who is working on what across teams.
• Forecast upcoming resource needs by analyzing the pipeline and capacity.
