Axon, based at our Scottsdale HQ, is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition professional for full-life cycle recruitment. The role follows a hybrid schedule with onsite Tue-Fri and remote Mondays, supporting diverse, mission-driven recruitment. You will partner with hiring managers, develop pipelines, and drive data-informed decisions.

You’ll champion DEI initiatives, build strong candidate experiences, and collaborate across teams to meet talent needs and growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing, recruiting and building strong candidate pipelines.
• Experience managing high-volume requisitions across exempt and non-exempt roles.
• Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Decisive with strong influencing ability to drive results.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and networking within the industry.
• Genuine passion for DEI and inclusivity across the hiring lifecycle.
• Strong customer service orientation, attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to offer stage across the business.
• Support hiring partners with strategies and build a programmatic talent pipeline for future needs.
• Maintain data and reporting to provide insights on trends and decisions.
• Use Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse and other sourcing techniques to build a robust pipeline.
• Measure outputs and iterate to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
• Create a positive candidate experience with timely feedback and updates.
• Develop rapport with hiring leaders and peers to align talent with business objectives.
• Lead on DEI search strategies and build diverse teams.
• Manage multiple unique searches concurrently.
