• Broad TA and HR experience including talent management and performance management.
• Experience recruiting in multiple disciplines and leadership levels.
• Proven ability to lead technical hiring and influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own global R&D Talent Acquisition outcomes with full autonomy.
• Translate strategy into hiring plans and capacity models.
• Establish and run an executive operating rhythm for pipeline health and forecast accuracy.
• Hold leaders to standards for role clarity, assessment quality, and timely decisions.
• Build and scale a high-performing recruiting organization through leadership development and performance management.
• Drive the recruiting system end-to-end and improve speed, quality, and candidate experience.
