You will craft sourcing strategies, manage high-volume requisitions, and build diverse candidate pipelines across the business, using Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Greenhouse to deliver a strong candidate experience and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing, recruiting and building pipelines.
• Experience managing high-volume requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle recruitment for projects across the business.
• Develop sourcing strategies and pipelines for future needs.
• Provide data insights to guide recruitment decisions.
• Utilize Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse to identify candidates.
• Offer timely feedback and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to align talent with business objectives.
• Drive DEI initiatives in the recruitment process.
