Job summary

Axonius is seeking a Fixed Term Talent Acquisition Partner to support full-cycle recruiting for corporate and technical teams across Engineering, Security, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and IT. You will partner with hiring managers and TA peers to fill key roles with speed and high quality from sourcing to onboarding.

The role requires 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in North America, strong sourcing skills, and proficiency with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Workday, or Lever.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across corporate functions (Finance, Marketing, Legal) and/or technical roles (Engineering, Security, IT) in North America.
• Strong sourcing skills with ability to engage passive candidates across multiple channels.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS (Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, or similar).
• Clear, organized communicator able to manage multiple searches simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment for corporate and technical roles, including Engineering, Security, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and IT.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align candidate profiles.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking.
