Axon is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to own full-cycle recruiting across multiple business groups. You will partner with hiring leaders, build diverse candidate pipelines, and deliver timely, data-driven insights to shape hiring strategies.

The role is hybrid, with in-office collaboration required Tue–Fri and optional remote Mondays, reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition. Base pay is competitive with market ranges in the US.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter.
• Experience sourcing, recruiting and building strong candidate pipelines.
• Experience handling high-volume requisitions (exempt & non-exempt).
• Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full life cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer for multiple business lines.
• Support recruiting strategies with hiring business partners and pipeline development.
• Provide data insights and reporting to influence recruitment strategies.
• Utilize sourcing tools and techniques to build robust candidate pipelines.
• Drive DEI recruitment strategies and inclusive processes.
• Maintain positive candidate experience with timely feedback and updates.
