Axon is hiring for a Global Talent Acquisition role in Boston, MA. This hybrid position requires onsite presence Tue–Fri with remote options on Mondays.

You will manage full-life cycle recruitment, partner with leaders to develop pipelines, and promote DEI hiring practices across the business. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to handle high-volume requisitions while delivering timely outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to source, recruit and build candidate pipelines.
• Experience handling high-volume requisitions both exempt and non-exempt.
• Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Manage full life cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer.
• Support hiring partners with recruiting strategies and pipeline development.
• Maintain data/reporting to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Use Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse and other sourcing tools.
• Iterate on approaches to improve recruitment effectiveness and candidate experience.
• Build rapport with hiring leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Drive DEI-focused searches and diverse talent pipelines.
• Prioritize multiple concurrent searches.
• Implement effective diversity pipeline generation and engagement strategies.
• Manage and prioritize multiple searches concurrently.
