Axon in Boston is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition professional to drive full-life cycle recruitment for the corporate team within a hybrid work setup. You will partner with hiring teams, manage pipelines, and deliver data-driven insights to optimize recruiting strategies.

This role emphasizes DEI, strong stakeholder collaboration, and high-volume hiring across exempt and non-exempt roles, with on-site Tue-Fri and remote Monday in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of demonstrated experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter (agency and corporate a plus).
• Experience sourcing, recruiting, and building strong candidate pipelines.
• Experience managing high-volume requisitions across exempt and non-exempt roles.
• Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Decisive and able to influence others to drive results and impact.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and networking to identify top performers.
• Genuine passion for DEI and inclusivity in all stages of hiring.
• Superb customer service, attention to detail, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to offer stage for our hiring teams across the business.
• Support hiring partners with recruiting strategies to fill current needs and build a pipeline for future talent.
• Provide data insights by maintaining recruitment metrics and reports to influence strategy.
• Identify candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and creative sourcing techniques.
• Measure outputs and iterate to drive continuous improvement and test new ideas.
• Create a positive candidate experience with timely feedback and regular updates.
• Develop rapport with hiring leaders and teams to translate business objectives into talent needs.
• Drive DEI search strategies by sourcing diverse talent and building inclusive processes.
• Implement diversity pipeline generation and engagement strategies.
• Manage and prioritize multiple searches concurrently.
