Axon is hiring for a Global Talent Acquisition professional in a hybrid role, primarily based in Seattle with onsite Tue–Fri and remote options on Mondays. You’ll manage full life cycle recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and build diverse pipelines across the business.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing, recruiting and building strong talent pipelines.
• Experience managing high-volume requisitions, both exempt and non-exempt.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full life cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer stage across the business.
• Support hiring partners with recruitment strategies and pipeline development.
• Maintain data reporting and provide insights to influence recruitment decisions.
• Utilize recruiting tools to identify candidates and build a robust pipeline.
• Measure outputs and implement improvements to sourcing and posting strategies.
• Create a positive candidate experience and provide timely feedback.
