Job summary

JPMorganChase in the United States seeks a Compensation Vice President to lead strategic compensation initiatives for the Digital & Platform Services group. You will partner with senior business leaders and HR advisors to shape compensation strategy, design programs, and influence talent outcomes across the organization.

You will leverage deep analytical expertise and data-driven insights to present recommendations, drive complex analyses, and align with market practices and governance

Qualifications

• 6+ years of HR/Compensation or Finance experience with strong analytics.
• Advanced MS Excel capabilities and data management skills.
• Ability to present and defend analyses to senior leaders.
• Consulting mindset to influence compensation strategy and programs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for stakeholder collaboration.
• Ability to translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations.
• Experience driving process improvements and governance adherence.
• Comfort with fast-paced environments and guiding others.

Responsibilities

• Support and advise on compensation activities, including offers, promotions, transfers, budgets, and retention.
• Understand business challenges and priorities; analyze issues and propose solutions.
• Perform complex analyses and present findings to senior management.
• Provide clear recommendations to drive best practices in compensation.
• Align with HR partners to improve compensation programs and processes.
• Assess market conditions to ensure competitive compensation plans.
• Translate governance requirements into client guidance and training.
• Participate in firmwide compensation projects and policy reviews.
