Qualifications

6+ years relative HR/Compensation or Finance experience with strong analytical and data management skills.
Self-starter in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficient with Microsoft applications; advanced Excel required.
Ability to drive business goals through HR/Compensation strategies.

Responsibilities

Support and advise on compensation activities, including offers, promotions, transfers and budget forecasting.
Analyze business challenges, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
Perform complex analyses and present findings to senior management.
Provide recommendations to influence compensation practices and governance.
Collaborate with HR business partners to improve programs and processes.
Monitor market conditions to ensure competitive pay plans.
Translate governance requirements into clear guidance for clients.
Participate in firm-wide compensation projects and system developments.
