Qualifications

6+ years relative HR/Compensation or Finance experience.
Self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced Excel and Microsoft applications proficiency.
Proven consulting skills to drive HR/Compensation strategies.

Responsibilities

Support and advise on compensation activities including offers, promotions, transfers, budget allocation and retention.
Analyze issues, determine root causes, propose and communicate solutions.
Perform complex analyses and present findings to senior management.
Provide clear recommendations to guide compensation decisions and policy.
Collaborate with HR partners to improve compensation programs and processes.
Monitor market conditions and pay practices for competitiveness.
Translate governance requirements into client guidance.
Participate in firm-wide compensation projects.
