Job summary

You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders and HR partners, applying deep compensation knowledge to align pay with business goals. You will perform complex analyses, present findings to executive leadership, influence pay decisions, and help shape policies and programs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years relative HR/Compensation or Finance experience.
• Advanced MS Excel capabilities required.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Ability to present analyses to senior leaders and influence decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and advise on compensation activities including offers, promotions, transfers, and budgeting.
• Analyze business challenges and communicate solutions.
• Perform complex analyses and present findings to senior management.
• Provide guidance to help partners make compensation decisions.
• Align with HR partners to improve compensation programs.
• Monitor market conditions to ensure pay competitiveness.
• Translate governance requirements into client guidance.
• Participate in firmwide compensation projects and policy reviews.
