You will lead gender pay gap reporting, support Pay Transparency Directive compliance, and collaborate with global teams to improve compensation tools and processes, influencing decisions at scale.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in Compensation, HR, Finance, Consulting, or similar analytical environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into insights.
• Advanced Excel and high proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to tell a business story with data.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills; multitasking capabilities.
• High attention to detail and handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead global gender pay gap reporting processes and associated communications.
• Drive compliance initiatives with EU Pay Transparency Directive and related regulations.
• Advise stakeholders on compensation policies, regulatory developments, and controls.
• Lead country-level and company-wide analytical compensation projects.
• Deliver and present complex analyses to senior management.
• Collaborate with global HR, business, and compensation teams to ensure compliant practices.
• Monitor milestones, timelines, and quality of deliverables.
• Assess compensation-related risks and support control development.
• Simplify programs and processes through continuous improvement.
