Accenture PLC seeks an experienced Total Rewards professional to join the Global Compensation team. You will shape compensation strategies, programs, and market-informed pay structures to drive business priorities and talent retention.

The Total Rewards Manager combines compensation expertise with analytics and stakeholder partnership, advising leaders and translating complex data into actionable recommendations in a global environment.

Competenze

Minimum 5 years of compensation experience in market intelligence or salary structures.
Global compensation experience is preferred.
Strong analytical and data fluency skills, including compensation reporting and market surveys.
Experience with salary structures, benchmarks, and incentive program analysis.
Experience with compensation technology and automation.

Mansioni

Design, develop, and evolve total rewards policies, programs, and compensation structures.
Develop market-relevant salary range structures using surveys and real-time data sources.
Advise leaders on competitive practices, pay decisions, and talent retention.
Leverage data to assess structures and bonus programs for competitiveness and affordability.
Translate analyses into executive-ready insights and decision-support materials.
Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve compensation processes and tools.
Coordinate work across team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
