The Total Rewards Manager collaborates with leaders, translates complex data into clear recommendations, and leads key compensation initiatives in a dynamic, global environment. Strong Excel and analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of compensation experience in market intelligence or salary structures.
• Global compensation experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical and data fluency; experience with compensation reporting and large data sets.
• Experience developing salary structures, pay frameworks, benchmarking methodologies, or incentive program analysis.
• Experience with compensation technology, market-pricing platforms, reporting tools, or process automation.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and evolve total rewards policies, programs, and compensation structures aligned with business priorities.
• Develop market-relevant salary range structures and pay approaches using surveys and real-time data sources.
• Advise leadership on competitive practices, pay decisions, range placement, and talent retention.
• Leverage data to assess structures and bonus programs and ensure they remain competitive and affordable.
• Translate complex analysis into executive-ready insights and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve compensation processes and tools.
