You'll combine compensation expertise with analytical depth, translate data into clear recommendations, and lead key compensation initiatives in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of compensation experience in market intelligence or salary structures.
• Global compensation experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical and data fluency, including compensation reporting and market surveys.
• Experience developing salary structures, benchmarking methodologies, or incentive program analysis in global/complex organizations.
• Experience with compensation technology, market-pricing platforms, reporting tools, or automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and evolve total rewards policies, programs, and compensation structures aligned with business priorities.
• Develop market-relevant salary range structures using surveys and real-time data sources.
• Advise leadership on competitive practices, pay decisions, and talent retention.
• Leverage data to assess compensation structures and bonus programs for competitiveness and affordability.
• Translate analyses into executive-ready recommendations and decision-support materials.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate compensation processes and tools.
