Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and evolve total rewards policies and compensation structures.
- Develop market-relevant salary range structures using surveys and real-time data sources.
- Advise leaders on competitive practices, pay decisions, and talent retention.
- Lead data-driven insights and executive-ready recommendations for compensation programs.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve compensation processes and tools.
- Manage day-to-day compensation activities for a small team and provide coaching.
