Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Total Rewards Manager to join the Global Compensation team. This role shapes compensation strategies, programs, and market-informed pay structures to support business priorities and talent retention.

The role requires strong compensation expertise, analytical depth, stakeholder partnership, and the ability to translate data into clear recommendations in a global environment. A small team of 1–2 professionals will report day-to-day.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of compensation experience in one or a combination of market intelligence or salary structures.
• Global compensation experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical and data fluency skills, including compensation reporting and large data sets.
• Experience developing salary structures, pay frameworks, benchmarking methodologies, or incentive program analysis.
• Experience with compensation technology, market-pricing platforms, reporting tools, or process automation.
• Excellent project management, organization, and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to collaborate, influence stakeholders, and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Design total rewards policies, programs, and compensation structures aligned with business priorities.
• Develop market-relevant salary ranges using surveys, market intelligence, and real-time data.
• Advise leadership on competitive pay decisions, range placement, and retention.
• Leverage data to assess structures and bonus programs for competitiveness and affordability.
• Translate complex analysis into executive-ready insights and decision-support materials.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve compensation processes.
• Coordinate work across team members and partners to ensure timely, accurate delivery.
• Manage and coach a small team of 1–2 professionals in day-to-day activities.
