Job summary
Accenture is seeking an experienced Total Rewards professional to join our Global Compensation team. This role shapes compensation strategies and pay structures to support business priorities and talent retention, while delivering market-informed solutions across a dynamic, global environment.
The Total Rewards Manager will advise leaders, translate complex data into clear recommendations, and lead key compensation initiatives with strong stakeholder partnerships and accountability.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of compensation experience in market intelligence or salary structures.
- Global compensation experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical and data fluency skills with experience in compensation reporting and large data sets.
- Experience developing salary structures, pay frameworks, benchmarking methodologies, or incentive program analysis.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and evolve total rewards policies, programs, and compensation structures.
- Develop market-relevant salary range structures using surveys and market data.
- Provide compensation SME guidance to stakeholders and leadership.
