Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of compensation experience in market intelligence or salary structures.
• Strong analytical and data fluency skills with compensation reporting experience.
• Experience with compensation technologies, market-pricing platforms, or automation processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and evolve total rewards policies, programs, and compensation structures.
• Develop market-relevant salary range structures using surveys and real-time data.
• Advise leadership on competitive pay decisions, range placement, and retention.
• Leverage data to assess structures and bonus programs for competitiveness and affordability.
• Lead and collaborate with a small team to deliver compensation initiatives.
