Job summary

Accenture seeks a Total Rewards professional to join the Global Compensation team. This role shapes and delivers compensation strategies, programs, and market-informed pay structures to support business priorities and talent retention.

The Total Rewards Manager will advise leaders, translate complex data into concise recommendations, and drive key compensation initiatives in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of compensation experience or equivalent.
• Global compensation experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and data fluency with reporting, surveys, and large data sets.
• Experience developing salary structures, pay frameworks, benchmarking methods, or incentive analysis.
• Experience with compensation technology, market-pricing platforms, reporting tools or automation.
• Excellent project management, organization, and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to collaborate, influence stakeholders and handle confidential information.
• Ability to quickly learn new applications, tools, and processes.
• Experience using AI to create agents or automations in workflows.
• Strong Excel skills.
• People management or team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and evolve total rewards policies, programs, and compensation structures.
• Develop market-relevant salary range structures using surveys and data sources.
• Advise stakeholders on competitive practices, pay decisions, and range placement.
• Assess structures with internal/external data; ensure competitiveness and affordability.
• Advise on career architecture changes and future-readiness of design.
• Utilize vendor data platforms to strengthen market intelligence.
• Translate analyses into executive-ready recommendations and materials.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate compensation processes and tools.
• Manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results.
• Contribute ideas to strengthen compensation programs' effectiveness and scalability.
• Lead a small team handling day-to-day compensation activities.
