Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking an experienced Total Rewards professional to join our Global Compensation team within Rewards, Performance, and Careers. This role shapes compensation strategies, programs, and market-informed pay structures to support business priorities and talent retention.

The Total Rewards Manager will blend compensation expertise with analytical depth and stakeholder partnership, advising leaders and delivering key initiatives in a global environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of compensation experience in market intelligence, salary structures, or related areas.
Strong analytical and data fluency skills, including compensation reporting and large data sets.
Experience with global compensation programs, benchmarking methodologies, or incentive analysis.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and evolve total rewards policies, programs, and compensation structures.
Develop market-relevant salary ranges using surveys and real-time data sources.
Advise leadership on competitive practices, pay decisions, and talent retention.
Leverage data to assess structures and bonus programs for competitiveness and affordability.
Translate analysis into executive-ready recommendations and decision materials.
Identify opportunities to simplify and automate compensation processes and tools.
Lead day-to-day compensation activities for a small team.
