Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years in compensation analysis in global, fast-paced environments.
• Excel modeling skills (VLOOKUP, Index/Match) and Workday proficiency.
• Analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau experience.
• Ability to translate complex data sets into actionable recommendations.
• Strong understanding of market pricing, job evaluation, and pay structure design.
• CCP certification or progress toward it is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead market benchmarking and compensation analysis using external survey data to maintain competitive salary structures.
• Partner with HR BP and Talent Acquisition to provide expert compensation guidance on offers, promotions, and internal movement decisions.
• Support the end-to-end annual compensation cycle, including merit, bonus, and equity planning, with data preparation and modeling.
• Conduct regular pay equity, compression, and internal alignment analyses to support fair pay practices.
• Maintain and enhance job architecture, leveling, and titling frameworks for clarity and scalability.
• Develop compensation dashboards, analytics, and executive summaries translating data into insights for leadership.
• Communicate compensation policies, tools, and programs to drive engagement and retention.
• Stay current on global market trends, legal requirements, and best practices in compensation.
