Job summary

Hyve Solutions seeks a Senior Compensation Manager to design, implement, and govern compensation programs across the organization. You will partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to ensure competitive, equitable pay structures and scalable governance.

You will lead job architecture, market benchmarking, and annual compensation processes, including sales incentives and global pay practices, shaping Hyve's compensation strategy for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance, economics, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive compensation experience with complex programs.
• Strong market pricing, job architecture, salary structures, and analytics.
• Experience leading merit, promotions, and incentive processes.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills; CCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and administration of compensation programs, policies, and governance.
• Develop job architecture with career tracks, levels, and salary structures aligned to market data.
• Benchmark market pricing via Mercer, Radford, WTW; monitor equity and range positioning.
• Oversee annual compensation review, merit, promotions, and incentives with cross‑functional partners.
• Design and manage sales incentives; model costs and payouts with leadership alignment.
• Support global/hours-based pay practices across multiple countries; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and leaders; translate data into actionable recommendations.
