Everest Global Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to help execute our global compensation strategy and support benefits and equity initiatives.

This hybrid role in Warren, NJ requires 3 days onsite and 2 remote, with a focus on benchmarking, data analysis, and ensuring competitive pay practices across a diverse workforce. Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years of compensation experience, expertise in Excel and HR systems (Workday, Payscale, Beqom), and strong communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance or accounting.
• 2–5 years of compensation experience.
• Knowledge of compensation practices and market trends.
• Proficiency in Excel, Workday and data analysis tools.

Responsabilités

• Support compensation benchmarking through surveys and structure maintenance.
• Analyze data and monitor pay equity and compliance via Beqom.
• Lead audits of compensation data and executive reporting.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and TA to address local needs.
• Support senior team with data, benefits and equity projects.
