Job summary

Everest Global Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to support global compensation initiatives and equity activities. This hybrid role in Warren, NJ involves benchmarking, data analysis, and ensuring pay equity across a diverse workforce.

You will work with Payscale, Beqom, and other data tools, contributing to annual compensation reviews, regional needs, and cross-functional collaboration. A CCP credential is a plus, with a solid foundation in compensation practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, finance or accounting preferred.
2-5 years of compensation experience.
Knowledge of compensation practices and market trends; ability to formulate analyses and proposals.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel, Workday, and other data analysis tools.
Ability to leverage AI to drive efficiencies and insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management (Business, Finance, HR, Legal).
CCP designation is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support compensation benchmarking through survey participation, salary structure maintenance, and Payscale management.
Manage Beqom to analyze data, identify trends, gaps, and pay equity opportunities, including EU pay transparency compliance.
Lead audits of compensation data during annual reviews and report to executives and the board.
Collaborate with regional HR and Talent Acquisition to address local compensation needs.
Assist senior rewards team with data, benefits and equity projects.
