Job summary

HYVE Solutions seeks an experienced compensation professional to lead market benchmarking, modeling, and equity planning for a global environment. You will partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to influence offers and career moves, while shaping pay structures and policy communications.

You will own data preparation, analytics, and executive-ready summaries, ensuring pay practices are fair and competitive across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
5+ years of progressive compensation analysis experience, global environment.
Strong Excel modelling, data analysis, and analytics tooling proficiency.
Ability to translate data into actionable compensation recommendations.

Responsibilities

Lead market benchmarking and compensation analysis using external survey data.
Partner with HR and TA to guide offers, promotions, and internal movements.
Support end-to-end annual compensation cycle including merit, bonus, and equity planning.
Conduct pay equity, compression, and internal alignment analyses for fairness.
Maintain and enhance job architecture, leveling, and titling for growth.
Develop compensation dashboards and executive summaries for leadership.
Communicate policies, tools, and programs to drive engagement and retention.
Stay current on market trends, legal requirements, and best practices in compensation management.
