Job summary

embecta is seeking a Compensation Manager to design, administer, and evolve global compensation programs. You will analyze pay and incentive structures, support annual bonuses and LTIs, and ensure regulatory compliance across geographies.

You will partner with HRIS and Finance to deliver accurate data, pricing, and governance, while driving continuous improvement and strategic impact in compensation practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive compensation experience.
• Strong Excel modeling and data analysis skills.
• Experience with multi-country compensation programs and market pricing.
• Knowledge of AI tools to enhance analysis and processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain salary structures and compensation guidelines.
• Partner with HRIS to ensure accurate compensation data in Workday.
• Support annual bonus and long‑term incentive programs and governance.
• Provide compensation analytics and clear recommendations to leadership.
