MGID is seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits leader to oversee global programs, governance, and analytics. You will design pay structures, run benchmarking, and align rewards with business goals while collaborating with HR and finance across regions.

The role requires strong analytical skills, multi-country experience, and fluency in English. You will work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment that values integrity and data-driven decisions.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, financial controlling, FP&A, workforce analytics, or similar analytical role.
• Experience supporting or designing compensation governance including budgets, promotions, hires.
• Strong analytical capability with large datasets and data-driven recommendations.
• Experience with market compensation benchmarking and designing compensation structures.

• Improve and manage global compensation and benefits policies.
• Analyze market trends and benchmark to ensure competitive packages.
• Assess impact of programs on financial performance.
• Monitor KPIs and balance with revenue, expenses, margins.
• Provide guidance to HR teams on salary structures and incentive schemes.
• Refine programs to provide competitive pay and protection.
• Develop and monitor budgets for reward programs.
• Create dashboard reports to track reward dynamics across groups.
• Calculate variable pay, commissions, and bonuses for departments.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports as needed.
