BECU is seeking a Compensation Manager to lead base pay programs, incentive administration, and advisory support for business leaders. You will design, evaluate, and optimize job structures and salary levels while ensuring legal compliance and market competitiveness.

You will collaborate with HR partners and executives, drive performance management integration, and mentor teams in compensation best practices, shaping a competitive rewards landscape across multiple regions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, HR, or related field.
• 4 years of compensation experience.
• 1 year of people management experience.
• Experience with broad base compensation programs and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee base pay programs, merit cycles, and salary structures.
• Lead administration of annual incentive programs and policies.
• Partner with business leaders on compensation issues and solutions.
• Manage job design, leveling, and descriptions.
• Oversee external compensation market surveys.
• Participate in performance management and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with compensation laws and standards.
• Stay updated on compensation trends.
