Qualifications

• 5+ years in compensation management or related role.
• Experience designing and implementing complex compensation systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• CCP certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret and utilize complex data effectively.
• Proficiency in compensation tools, Excel, and HRIS platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills for influencing stakeholders.
